I returned my Smart Nora. How long does it take to process my refund?

It can take up to 7 business days for your Smart Nora unit to be delivered to our returns center. Once it's been received and the verification process completed, the refund will be issued.

Please allow up to 2 billing cycles from the date our warehouse receives your return for your account to be properly credited. You will receive a refund notification email confirming the refund has been processed.
