Can I cancel my Order?

Once an order is placed may not be possible to cancel. Most orders process very quickly and typically within a few hours have passed the ability for us to cancel.

If we are not able to cancel the order, we will provide you with a pre-paid return label so that you may return the order to us once delivered.

IMPORTANT: Please do not refuse delivery as returns do not go back to origin and this will cause a delay with the refund.
