Whether you are a light or heavy sleeper, you can adjust Smart Nora’s sensitivity so that it works when you need it to. If you sleep better with background noise, the sensitivity can be adjusted so that Smart Nora activates only when snoring is about to become louder than the ambient noise level. The ambient noise can be regular sounds like a fan, an AC unit, white noise machine or outside traffic noises.
The sensitivity adjustment controls are found under the Pebble. We suggest using Smart Nora at middle sensitivity for one week before adjusting it to your preference.
