A flashing blue light on the Pebble indicates the Bluetooth connection between the Pebble and the Base is broken. To reestablish the connection, please go through the following steps:
- Before starting please make sure your cellphone or other Bluetooth enabled devices are at least 3 metres away from the Pebble and Base.
Make sure the Base and the Pebble are not connected with the USB cable and then turn them both on. The Base should display a solid white light while the Pebble may flash blue, but should change to solid white within a few moments.
- On the back of the Pebble using the lock switch, "lock" and "unlock" the Pebble. Then, press the ON/OFF button to turn the Pebble on again.
Wait for 5 seconds, you should see a solid white light. If you still see a flashing blue light on the Pebble, continue to step 4.
- While both the Base and the Pebble are on, connect them with the USB cable. You should now have a solid white light on the Pebble and a solid white light on the Base. If you still see a flashing blue light on the Pebble continue to step 5.
- Using a paperclip, press the small reset button housed with the Pebble (located between the Lock switch and the Bluetooth button) and the Base Unit (located below the air nozzle). Now, turn on the Pebble and repeat step 4.
